It has come to my attention that I have been very lazy with my writing as of late – so that’s something I aim to address and sort out now! So, starting from this week, I intend to plough through and get as much writing done as possible.
What is my next book I hear you ask? Well, I have a lot of ideas floating around my head – so I decided to write ALL of them. Yup, I will be working on not one, or two, but THREE novels simultaneously? Why? Because I’m an idiot that wants everything done tomorrow!
How I plan to do this, I have no idea – but I’m sure something will work itself out. So here are the novels I will be writing.
The first novel I am working on is the, as yet untitled third and final novel in the Amanda Moonstone series. I don’t want to spoil too much, but I don’t think it’s giving away anything saying that Amanda will finally come face to face with The Author in an epic showdown – and the mystery of her past will be revealed. Next will be the sequel to Fall of Draconica – named Rise of Draconica. After the cataclysmic ending of the last book, and the shock return of an old ally (no spoilers for those who didn’t read it yet!) the heroes of Draconica come together to defeat Abadon and halt her destruction of the planet. This will be the penultimate novel of the World of Draconica series – which will then lead on to the fifth and final instalment in (hopefully) a couple of years.
I am also working on a prequel novel featuring Baxter Coyote and his fluffy companions Bey-Bey and Win-Win. Here you’ll learn a bit more about Baxter’s past, and how they came to hunt down Zarracka Dragonkin.
As yet, no release date is planned for these books (considering I haven’t really even put pen to paper, as they say yet), but I’ll try and get at least one of them out before the end of the year if possible. Whichever ones I don’t, I’ll aim for next year. It will be hard juggling three novels at once, but I’ve never been one to turn down a challenge!
That’s it for now, watch this space for more updates. And as always, you can follow me on Twitter and Facebook for more details.
Thanks for reading guys and I hope to see you again soon.
